Savouring
Local Flavour

Experience the savouring local flavour

We’re hardly ever prepared for what comes our way at a Brazilian’s kitchen table due to the eclectic native, African, and European influence. When in Rio de Janeiro, we love a visit to our charming host near Copacabana to explore Brazil’s tantalizing cuisine. We begin by picking fresh produce for the day at a local market, and start our cooking lesson back home with learning the names of herbs and spices native to the region. The finest flavour? Learning the recipe for the original caipirinha, made of lime and local fruits and herbs. Join us at the table, won’t you?
